All supplement sales are final, however, Our return policy allows you to return products to the store or by mail within 30 days of receipt, subject to a few exceptions.

Manufacturer Defects:

Manufacturer defects are not the responsibility of Rev Behavior Health and as such would not be eligible for a refund. In these cases, requests should be directed to the product manufacturer.

Custom made, personalized, and altered items:

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund for change of mind on custom made or altered items unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do, or where otherwise required by law.

Other Requests:

All other requests must meet one of the following criteria to be eligible for a return:


    • Item is new with original packaging  and the item was received damaged (please send us a picture of the product along with your request).

    • An incorrect item was shipped


If your return request meets one of the above conditions you may elect to return the item(s) in one of the following ways:

Store Returns:

Bring any unopened or damaged nonprescription item(s) along with your online invoice to Rev Behavior Health to get a credit of the full purchase price(minus shipping*).

Mail Returns:

We will work with you to ensure that both your return and credit refund(minus shipping*) are processed accurately. We cannot guarantee a credit for items returned without prior store notification by online form submission and confirmation from us. Shipping fees/arrangements for return items are the responsibility of the customer. After confirming with our store please ship returned items along with the invoice to:

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is received we start processing the order,  all cancellation request will be handled as follows.

– All request received within 24 hrs of placing the order will be subject to a handling fee of 10% of the order value, any cancellation request received after 24 hrs will be subject to 50% of order value

– No cancellation request will be processed once the order has been shipped
