    1. How long does it take to ship a product?

It takes us between 5-7 business days to ship out our products.

         2.  Why can’t I order a product?

You must create an account before you can place an order.

3. Are we a legitimate business?

Yes we are. We are a registered business in Ohio and are a licensed authorized seller of Ortho Molecular Products.

4. How do we track our order?

Once your order is complete, you will get an email confirming that your order has been processed along with a tracking number to help track your order.

          6. What is our cancellation policy?

All request received within 24 hrs of placing the order will be subject to a handling fee of 10% of the order value, any cancellation request received after 24 hrs will be subject to 50% of order value. 7. What is our refund policy?

8. Why am I getting an email from stamps.com?

Our shipping is handled by stamps.com. Once your order is completed, stamps.com will send an email with your tracking number.

9. Is your prenatal complete free of heavy metals are they certified gmp or nsf?

It’s free of heavy metals and is NSF certified.
